Return Policy

Return Policy :

If you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please contact us at upon receiving your product. If the item is in new condition, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of goods, or exchange it, whichever you prefer. The return authorized item must be received back by us within 90 days of receipt by customer for a full refund. We want your return process to be as simple as possible, so please note:                  

** Return freight must be paid by the purchaser (Unless the product is defective in any way, then we will cover the shipping). Additionally, if you would like us to ship a new size / style,  YOU will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you (please send a check for $6.00 or we will need to call you for your card numbers or invoice you $6.00 through PayPal).                  

Goods returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from Scrub Identity will be refused and returned to sender, or incur a substantial fee for processing, so be sure to obtain an “RA #” and “ship to” address from Scrub Identity prior to returning items.                 

We suggest that you return the item by using USPS. We must be able to verify return receipt of the goods with a tracking number prior to issuing a credit.                 

We recommend sending All items via USPS, First Class or Priority as All packages will have a tracking number.

Items that have been soiled or damaged are not eligible for return.  Clearance items, accessories, instruments (Littmann / MDF / Med Tools), embroidered items, altered and washed items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition (tags must be attached). If items have make-up, deodorant or other stains, we will not accept them back.               

No returns will be accepted beyond 90 days from date of initial merchandise receipt.  

Refunds are issued using the method you paid us with, customer should allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.                   

If you choose to refuse shipment of the item or ask us to cancel the order after it has left our facility, you will incur a cancellation fee. It is always best to contact us rather than refusing a shipment. A refused item will incur significant costs for processing. Please allow 7-10 business days (upon receipt of goods by to receive your refund.
