Policies (Return + General)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please contact us at email@example.com upon receiving your product. If the item is in new condition, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of goods, or exchange it, whichever you prefer. The return authorized item must be received back by us within 90 days of receipt by customer for a full refund. We want your return process to be as simple as possible, so please note:
** Return freight must be paid by the purchaser (Unless the product is defective in any way, then we will cover the shipping). Additionally, if you would like us to ship a new size / style, YOU will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you (please send a check for $6.00 or we will need to call you for your card numbers or invoice you $6.00 through PayPal).
Goods returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from Scrub Identity will be refused and returned to sender, or incur a substantial fee for processing, so be sure to obtain an “RA #” and “ship to” address from Scrub Identity prior to returning items.
We must be able to verify return receipt of the goods with a tracking number prior to issuing a credit.

Items that have been soiled or damaged are not eligible for return. Clearance items, accessories, instruments (Littmann / MDF / Med Tools), embroidered items, CBD and Doterra, altered and/or washed items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition (tags must be attached). If items have make-up, deodorant or other stains, we will not accept them back.
No returns will be accepted beyond 90 days from date of initial merchandise receipt.
Refunds are issued using the method you paid us with, customer should allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.
If you choose to refuse shipment of the item or ask us to cancel the order after it has left our facility, you will incur a cancellation fee. It is always best to contact us rather than refusing a shipment. A refused item will incur significant costs for processing. Please allow 7-10 business days (upon receipt of goods by scrubidentity.com) to receive your refund.
All collegiate products are custom embroidered to order so wait time can be up to 3 weeks to ship, all collegiate products will have a 10% ReStocking fee due to the custom embroidery.

DAMAGED in TRANSIT
If you received a product you think may have become damaged in transit, please immediately take photographs upon receipt of the product. We require photo evidence of the damage and documentation of the purchase to be sent to email@example.com within two (2) weeks of purchase.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Scrub Identity is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages and will not replace packages under these circumstances. Scrub Identity recommends having your package shipped to a secure location or choosing the option for signature confirmation offered by both USPS and Fed Ex for a nominal fee. If you cannot locate your package, first, please check all potential delivery locations in your surrounding area including neighbors, condo/apartment office, mailroom, etc. Carriers also often mark packages delivered before they are physically dropped off. Please contact your carrier if it has been more than 24 hours since delivery notification.
Shipping times vary based upon location. Most customers located in the continental US will receive their package within five (5) business days once the package has left our facility. Scrub Identity is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If you package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier chosen at time of purchase.
Scrub Identity is not responsible for packages returned to us by the shipping carrier.
Scrub Identity does not offer gift packaging or enclosure cards. Should you wish to put a note on an order, please do so in the comments section of your order at time of purchase and it will print your note onto the packing slip included in each package.
